Come join us! Executive Aviation is excited to be hiring Customer Service agents at the St Johns Airport (YYT) who love working in the tourism industry. This is a contract role that will start on April 14th, 2025, and last approximately 7 months, ending on November 30, 2025. This role reports directly to an amazing Customer Service Coordinator who is there to support you.

Requirements:

Our customer service agents are responsible for creating a safe and stress-free experience for travelers as they begin and end their journeys:

  1. Helping passengers check-in
  2. Preparing aircraft for on-time departures
  3. Facilitating deplaning and boarding of passengers
  4. Greeting passengers who are arriving from flights
  5. Following airline specific check-in policies and procedures
  6. Positively working with airline crew
  7. Light grooming duties
  8. Kindly enforcing airline and airport policies and procedures to passengers
  9. And more!

Qualifications:

  1. You are a true customer service champion with a minimum of two years in a customer-facing role
  2. You bring a proven track record of punctuality and reliability and understand that performing on time is a cornerstone of airline service
  3. You love to multi-task and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where time pressures are a way of life
  4. You are a great communicator in both individual and group settings and have a demonstrated proficiency with computers and software.
  5. Previous airport experience is considered an asset
  6. Previous experience with the Sabre reservation system is considered an asset
  7. Flexible availability to work shift work which includes early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends and/or holidays
  8. An ability to meet all conditions of employment including:
    1. Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada
    2. A criminal background check
    3. Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driver abstract
