About the Role: Insurance Agent (Remote)

As an Insurance Agent with AO Globe Life, you won’t just be selling insurance—you’ll be making a real difference. You'll help families find peace of mind by guiding them to the right coverage, while also building a meaningful and rewarding career.

• Connect with clients virtually or in person to understand their individual needs

• Explain insurance options in simple, clear terms

• Help families choose the coverage that fits them best

• Build lasting relationships within your community

• Manage applications, renewals, and provide ongoing support

• Continuously develop your skills with professional training

• Set and crush your own goals—with our full support behind you

Who You Are

• A strong communicator who loves helping others

• Self-driven, with a positive and proactive mindset

• Comfortable working independently and thriving in a team

• Willing to obtain a state insurance license (we’ll guide and support you every step of the way)

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus—but not required. We provide full training!
