Customer Relationship Manager - Work From Home

Job Summary: As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in strengthening relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met with the best life and health insurance solutions. Your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, drive engagement, and support retention strategies. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, providing policy guidance, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Act as a key point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.
  3. Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable life and health insurance solutions.
  4. Oversee policy renewals, adjustments, and claims assistance.
  5. Work closely with the sales and underwriting teams to provide a smooth customer journey.
  6. Track customer interactions, feedback, and issues to enhance service quality.
  7. Develop and implement customer engagement and retention strategies.
  8. Provide training and support to customer service teams on best relationship management practices.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  3. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  4. Ability to analyze customer data and identify trends to improve service.
  5. Proficiency in Zoom and Google Spreadsheets.
  6. Knowledge of life and health insurance products is a plus.
  7. Insurance license is highly preferred but if you don't have one, we will assist.
