3. Facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
4. Adhere to all organizational compliance standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Residency within Canada is mandatory.
2. Possession of a personal laptop or desktop computer is required.
3. Commitment to obtaining the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) license, with organizational support provided.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in English language communication, both written and verbal.
5. Fundamental proficiency in computer operations and software applications.
