Customer Marketing Automation Lead - SFMC

Description -

In this role you will manage the platform, innovation and automation to HP Direct to Customer and eCommerce across Americas. Through best in class x-channel direct communications, you will empower Digital Direct CRM to drive customer acquisition, customer value, base monetization, and brand consideration. You will support and have a pivotal role in the consumer & SMB strategic direct to customers transformation. Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) advanced and effective use for CRM and direct to customer experience management.
  • Guide SFMC strategy, development of new capabilities, new channels, feature enhancements, systematizations, design, campaign operations, governance, and execution of best practices across all core marketing channels.
  • Steer automations and be accountable for the portfolio of automated experiences, journeys, campaigns orchestrated by SFMC and collaterals.
  • Manage platform configurations, processes, resources and governance for development and implementation of customer programs and experiences automations.
  • Lead comprehensive and effective use of Marketing Cloud and digital direct to customer touchpoints.
  • Support and contribute to the design of journey strategy development.
  • Consult business stakeholders and enable business outcomes through SFMC and direct digital touchpoints.
  • Secure extensive and effective customer data integration in SFMC by partnering with CRM data architecture, analytics and business stakeholders.
  • Co-Responsible with ecosystem platform team for compliance, privacy, architecture, and operations. Keeping up-to-date with Data Protection laws and industry best practice, trends and standards.
  • Lead, support and upskill specialist and expert resources.

Experience:

  • 10+ years’ experience managing and developing direct marketing technology, systems and resources.
  • Around 5+ years specific SFMC experience with expert knowledge in Marketing Cloud implementations, developments, management and governance.
  • Experience as solution architect and design for campaign and/or customer management systems.
  • Proven track record of working with multi-stakeholder teams, specifically IT, infrastructure, security, other platforms and business operations.
  • Familiarity with systems integrations such as CRM, Content Management, eCommerce and Web Analytics.
  • Knowledge of data architecture/schema, including relational data models and sql syntax, documentation of data models, and data flows.
  • Customer journey mindset developed through the creation and execution of automated marketing campaigns.
  • Extensive email marketing automation experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience working with Interactive Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio / Triggered Emails, Cloud Pages, Contact Builder / Audience Builder and Content Builder.
  • Marketing Cloud certifications an advantage.
  • Success record on managing platform development, integrations of customer data, introduction of new features, functionalities, establishment of governance across teams to secure robust and reliable operations.

The base pay range for this role is $165,000.00 to $180,000.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
