About the Role:

Clutch is looking for a Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator to be the face of our company! Since our entire car-buying process is online, you’ll be the first Clutch employee our customers meet when they pick up or sell their vehicle. You'll have the freedom to go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great, unique experience. What You’ll Do

• Deliver a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.
• Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Inspect vehicles, assessing both cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues.
• Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and take thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
• Assist other team members with various tasks as necessary.

Here’s what you have:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• License: Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
• Driving Record: Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Background Check: Clean criminal background check.
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Availability: Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed. There is a 4 weekday plus 1 weekend working schedule.

It’d be great if you have:

• Valid OMVIC License: Don’t have one yet? No problem! We’ll help you obtain your OMVIC license.
• A passion for cars and the automotive industry.
• Experience with warranty products.
