Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assess client needs and recommend insurance products to match their requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring they understand their coverage and assisting with claims or policy updates.
  • Work closely with the team to meet sales goals and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new products to better serve clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Customer Service: You have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and building lasting relationships.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in both written and verbal forms.
  • Detail-Oriented: You’re highly organized and can manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail.
  • Self-Motivated: You take initiative and are eager to grow in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
  • Desire to Learn: A positive attitude toward learning new skills and acquiring industry knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain insurance licenses (training and support will be provided).
