About our client

A leading builder developer who has delivered Communities & State of the art Condominiums & Apartments for more than 25 years. They have a strong history and background in residential construction and are one of the leading firms in the Toronto Area in their space.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Visit active sites on a rotating daily basis to provide support to Customer Service Staff;
2. Monitor all outstanding correspondence lists and review with respective on-site Customer Service Representatives;
3. Log and produce monthly status reports for all outstanding correspondence to ensure all warranty deadlines are satisfied;
4. Attend homeowner inspections with Service Reps when required;
5. Oversee & manage any Conciliation Requests;
6. Monitor Service Technicians’ schedules and workmanship;
7. Arrange & attend Customer Service meetings and any other associated meetings required;
8. Inspect condition of homes on day of Occupancy to ensure product turnover meets our standards;
9. Follow-up with customers as required.

Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

1. Minimum 2-3 years experience in the Construction Industry;
2. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal;
3. Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail;
4. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced construction environment;
5. Knowledge of the Tarion Warranty guidelines is a Must;
6. Ability to review warranty letters and make assessments to delegate accordingly;
7. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Compensation: $70K

Competitive Compensation package based on experience. $75K plus
