Who we need

As we undergo an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a new Customer Account Manager. As the primary liaison between customers, you will drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless communication and successful execution. You will embody our customer-first culture and deliver presentations drawing on analytics, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning. You will be the critical component to the future success of our customer relationships.

This position offers a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to be in the office 3+ days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days. For this role, there is travel up to 25% of the time across North America.

What you'll be doing:

  1. New business development. You will identify and develop new customer opportunities within selected markets. You will evaluate customer inquiries to determine suitability for business relationships. You will deliver presentations and manage ongoing communications to close deals successfully.
  2. Account management. You will manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure we meet and exceed their expectations. As the main point of contact for customers, you will coordinate with internal teams on all projects and product launches.
  3. Strategic planning and forecasting. You will participate in monthly and annual planning and forecasting processes to identify future business growth opportunities.
