Description of tasks (hours):

Marking individual case study, quizzes and final.

Minimum qualifications:

  1. Minimum C.G.P.A of 6.0;
  2. Minimum grade of A- in ADM1300 or its equivalent;
  3. Must have a minimum of two years business education at the post-secondary level in a Canadian environment;
  4. Experience in analysing business cases;
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  6. A good knowledge of current business issues and approaches to management;
  7. Experience with online course delivery considered an asset;
  8. Experience with online videoconferencing environment considered an asset (ex. Microsoft Teams);
  9. Preference will be given to higher grade;
  10. Candidates on short list may be interviewed by course professor;
  11. A test of subject matter knowledge may be administered;
  12. Please note that the amount of position could be increased depending on registration;
  13. The posted hours could also be increased by 10% to 30% due to registration;
  14. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as a marker in business courses;
  15. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as a teaching assistant in business courses;
  16. Please note should the course be online, you will be required to have access to a computer, internet, microphone and webcam;
  17. Please note that the teaching method will be delivered in person. It is possible that the teaching or work method will change due to health measures or other reasons;
  18. All courses in the second week of the spring-summer 2024 term (May 13-17) will be offered online.
