Compensation:
- $40/hour (billable rate, including OPT) – potential of $83,200 annually
- $50 per assessment
- Paid admin hours (meetings/trainings)
- $60/week mileage reimbursement

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced licensed therapist to lead our Community Support Team (CST). This position blends clinical leadership with hands-on therapeutic work. The CST Team Lead will provide therapy to adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders, coordinate intensive community-based services, and ensure Medicaid compliance and documentation standards are met.

What You’ll Do:
Clinical Leadership & Supervision:
- Supervise all CST staff (excluding yourself), including QPs, APs, CPSS, and Paraprofessionals.
- Develop individual supervision plans and facilitate weekly team meetings.
- Provide training, clinical expertise, and oversight on interventions and service delivery.
- Monitor team caseloads and service effectiveness.
Therapy & Treatment Planning:
- Provide direct therapy to CST clients.
- Conduct assessments (including CCAs and functional needs assessments).
- Develop and revise Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) aligned with Medicaid guidelines.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and behavior modification strategies.
Service Coordination & Compliance:
- Create and manage weekly CST schedules and staff assignments.
- Ensure team provides 24/7 crisis response coverage and adheres to Medicaid service expectations.
- Audit notes and documentation for compliance and clinical quality.
- Ensure adherence to NC DHHS Clinical Coverage Policy 8A-6.
Community Engagement:
- Coordinate care with medical providers, housing resources, and social services.
- Support clients with skills restoration (daily living, social, wellness, housing stability).
- Lead crisis de-escalation efforts and symptom management support in the field.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed in NC: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Associate Level under supervision.
- 2+ years of clinical experience (community-based or outpatient preferred).
- Experience leading teams or strong leadership potential.
- Must meet qualifications and expectations of CST Clinical Coverage Policy.
- Comfortable working in homes, shelters, and community settings.
- Organized, strong communicator, passionate about recovery and wraparound services.
