Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Leader/Foreperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a crew of landscapers in the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial landscapes. This role requires a skilled professional who is able to manage a team and ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers
• Coordinate and schedule daily work assignments for the crew
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed
• Inspect and maintain equipment and tools
• Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure their needs and expectations are met
• Provide training and guidance to crew members
• Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
• Perform hands-on landscaping work as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in landscape construction, including experience leading a team
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of horticulture and landscape construction techniques
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (G Class Mandatory, AZ/DZ Recommend)
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
• Ability to work in various weather conditions

Wage: $24 - $28
