Our founder Ryan has over 5 billion views, helped channels go from 0 to millions of subscribers, and is working with some of the biggest names in YouTube to support their growth.

We have worked with Jubilee, Netflix, P&G, Starter Story, Matt Gray, PewDiePie, Cody Ko, Graham Stephan, and many more.

What are we building?

We are building the first-choice agency for companies looking to grow their YouTube and digital media accounts with the best performance strategies. Ryan built the business of one of the most popular media companies on YouTube (9M subscribers) and is behind some of the most viral formats online. We are a small but mighty team of a few individuals OBSESSED with crushing it for clients.

We are looking for an amazing recruiter to help our team find the most amazing creative talent on the planet, both for ourselves and for our clients. You should be familiar with screening creative applicants (video producers, video editors, content creators, etc).

What you'll do:

  • Screen applicants for creative talent to assess who to move forward
  • Conduct interviews through Google Meet to assess soft skills, motivation, and alignment with roles
  • Help facilitate and move along strong applicants & get them excited to be part of the next round
  • Draft and post JDs both for Snowball and for our clients
  • Work with Snowball's operations specialist to source talented candidates for cold outreach

Experience:

  • 3+ years as a corporate recruiter
  • Self-driven to put in the extra effort to find the absolute best candidate possible for the role
  • Extremely strong communicator, both in writing and on video calls
  • Strong organizational abilities to track applicants through various stages, making sure nothing slips through the cracks

Compensation:

  • Contractor: $75k - $87k CAD ($55k - $65k USD) annual salary equivalent
