Job description

Creative & Brand Leadership
• Develop and execute a strong, cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
• Oversee all creative aspects of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• Ensure brand consistency in visuals, messaging, and tone across all channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, retail) to align brand vision.

Photoshoot Management & Content Creation
• Plan, coordinate, and direct all catalogue and campaign photoshoots.
• Ideally, serve as the lead photographer for shoots; otherwise, manage photographers and videographers.
• Source and manage models, stylists, and other creative professionals as needed.
• Oversee and produce high-quality photo and video content for social media, e-commerce, and advertising.

Social Media & Community Engagement
• Develop and execute an engaging content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create, post, and manage all social media content.
• Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand loyalty.
• Analyze and report on social media performance, optimizing for engagement and conversion.

Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships
• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with macro and micro influencers.
• Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and performance tracking.
• Develop strategic partnerships with like-minded brands to expand brand visibility.

Marketing & Offline Brand Presence
• Collaborate with retail teams to ensure a cohesive in-store and digital brand experience.
• Develop offline marketing materials, such as lookbooks, posters, and campaign collateral.

Requirements

Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in creative direction, brand management, and content creation.
• Strong background in photography (preferred) or experience managing photographers.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom) and/or Canva.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and content strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to run successful influencer marketing campaigns.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, design, and storytelling.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Passionate about fashion, trends, and digital media.

Bonus Qualifications
• Video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Knowledge of paid social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Experience working with Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
