We’re a small but mighty team on a mission to build Sömn into a trusted name that people know, love, and return to. We're looking for a Creative Growth Marketing Manager to join us—someone who lives for storytelling, understands the power of visuals and brings a strategic mindset to digital growth.
This multifaceted role blends content creation, social media marketing, influencer partnerships, CRM, e-commerce management, and digital advertising collaboration to strengthen our brand presence and deepen engagement across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Do
Creative Content Creation
- Lead content ideation and execution across social media platforms, thoughtfully weaving Sömn’s story into every post and campaign.
- Capture and edit visuals that reflect our aesthetic—connecting with audiences through authenticity, creativity, and calm.
- Create scroll-stopping photo and video content for Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, with an eye for storytelling and simplicity.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, experimenting with new formats and creative strategies to inspire, engage, and grow our community.
- Develop and manage weekly content plans, ensuring consistency and flow across all social channels.
- Support the creation of marketing materials and print collateral to bring campaigns and brand narratives to life.
Influencer Partnerships & Brand Collaborations
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and like-minded brands who align with Sömn’s mission and values.
- Strategize and execute thoughtful influencer campaigns that authentically showcase our products and resonate with their audiences.
- Collaborate on co-branded initiatives such as giveaways, cross-promotions, and content partnerships that expand reach and elevate brand awareness.
- Track and evaluate performance, ensuring collaborations deliver meaningful results and foster lasting relationships.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Design and build email automation flows and templates that align with brand goals.
- Develop and execute email campaigns that engage our audience, drive sales, and foster long-term loyalty.
- Utilize CRM tools like Klaviyo to manage and segment customer data, personalizing content to enhance the customer journey.
- Optimize email performance by analyzing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to continuously improve strategies.
- Support the implementation of loyalty and referral programs to boost customer retention and lifetime value.
Community Engagement
- Write bi-weekly blog posts that engage and educate the community on sustainability, sleep wellness, and home aesthetics.
- Optimize content for search visibility by incorporating relevant keywords and aligning topics with audience interests.
Webstore & Digital Optimization
- Create web content, includingproduct and lifestyle videos and images, to enhance product pages.
- Partner with the team to ensurewebsite content(landing pages, product descriptions, CTAs) is engaging, optimized, and aligned with our brand voice.
- Maintain and updateproduct listings, descriptions, and imageryto reflect inventory changes and seasonal trends.
- Ensure website visuals and messaging are cohesive and supportconversion optimizationstrategies.
- Assist in monitoringwebsite analytics and A / B testingto refine content and marketing strategies.
Advertising & Growth Strategies
- Collaborate withexternal teamson all advertising efforts, including paid media, influencer sponsorships, and digital campaigns.
- SupportPR efforts, including creating press kits and materials that showcase Sömn’s story and products.
- Experiment withinnovative growth strategiesto elevate Sömn’s presence in the DTC space.
Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy
- Conductmarket researchto identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities in the home and lifestyle industry.
- Analyzecompetitor positioning and marketing strategiesto refine Sömn’s approach and maintain a competitive edge.
- Create and maintain acompetition map, tracking key players, pricing, and product differentiation to inform decision-making.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Trackcontent performanceacross social media, email, and blog channels, using insights to guide future campaigns.
- Leverage tools likeShopify Analytics and Google Analyticsto monitor growth metrics and refine strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of content marketing experience with a proven track record.
- A digital portfolio is required, showcasing your creative work in photography, video, graphic design, and visual storytelling.
- A university degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Klaviyo, Shopify, Notion, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiar with Google Analytics (including GA4) and Meta Ads (a plus).
- Fluent in social media platforms including Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Excellent written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
