Copy.ai is a fully remote company. All employees must be able to work 9am-5pm in their timezone, Pacific to Eastern.

As our first Creative Director, you are a design leader with an incredible eye and vision. Ideally, you have designed successful startup brands across all multimedia aspects not limited to just the website and social media channels. You have put your creative leadership and mark on multiple fast-growing startups and are looking for your next brand design challenge. You will own this entire space partnering closely with our Founders, Marketing Team, and Product Team to capture the essence of who Copy.ai is and our target audiences that love our products.

• Brand Management: Oversee and enhance the Copy.ai brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the company.
• Marketing Communications: Lead the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Craft compelling narratives that align with our brand's voice and mission. Manage content creation for digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and web content.
• Video Production & Editing: Direct the production of high-quality video content from concept through to execution. Edit video content to ensure it meets brand standards and effectively communicates the intended message. Stay updated with the latest trends in video production technology and storytelling techniques.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with other departments to integrate creative strategies with business goals. Present creative concepts to the leadership team and key stakeholders to garner buy-in and feedback.

• 8+ years in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand development, marketing campaigns, and video production.
• Exceptional creative vision with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual and narrative content.
• Excellent project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficient in digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to understand and adapt to market trends.
• Collaborative yet decisive, with an ability to balance creative integrity with business objectives.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling through video and other media.
