Counterbalance Operator - Narrow Aisle - 12 hour shift - $25/ hr

We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our client's team on a full-time basis. All ideal candidates MUST have at least 2 YEARS of experience operating counterbalance forklifts and working in a manufacturing environment with narrow aisles.

Location: Orangeville (12-hour continental shift, Bi-weekly rotation into day/night)

Responsibilities:

1. Operate forklifts counterbalance and walkie.
2. Perform lifting as needed and moving of materials within the warehouse.
3. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders.
4. Assist with warehouse distribution tasks as needed.
5. Conduct order picking accurately and efficiently.
6. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor forklift issues.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills:

1. Valid forklift operator certification.
2. Previous experience operating counterbalance (specific experience required for each role).
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
4. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
5. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
6. Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
