The Role: Corporate Recruiter
We are looking for a talented and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team! As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play an essential role in sourcing and hiring top talent to drive Blue Pearl’s ongoing success. We’re seeking someone who is experienced in recruiting for similar roles and has a keen eye for identifying individuals with the talent, culture fit, and drive to succeed in our fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles
- Partner with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Promote Blue Pearl’s culture and values, acting as a brand ambassador in all recruitment efforts
- Leverage creative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality talent
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding
Who You Are:
- Experienced Recruiter: You have 2+ years of experience in a similar corporate recruiting role, ideally within the financial or real estate sectors
- Strong Relationship Builder: You are skilled at building rapport and maintaining relationships with both candidates and internal teams
- Attention to Detail: Your meticulous attention to detail ensures a smooth hiring process and compliance with hiring practices
- Team Player: You thrive in collaborative environments and work well with others to achieve goals
- Results-Oriented: You are driven to meet hiring targets and exceed expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven track record of successful recruitment in a corporate setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools and recruiting platforms
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
