Job Overview: As a Corporate Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing business accounts. Supporting the Corporate Account Executive, you’ll be the primary point of contact for business clients, ensuring seamless service, customer satisfaction, and ongoing growth opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who excels in relationship management, problem-solving, and driving incremental sales. Your self-starter mindset and consultative approach will empower businesses to optimize their communication and security solutions, ensuring seamless and reliable connectivity for their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and nurture existing business accounts, ensuring long-term success.
  2. Identify new opportunities to drive additional sales and enhance client solutions.
  3. Support the Corporate Account Executive with account strategies and growth initiatives.
  4. Handle service requests, order fulfillment, and account inquiries with efficiency.
  5. Optimize customer rate plans to maximize value and efficiency.
  6. Ensure seamless account management, including billing and receivables.

Experience & Qualifications:

  1. Experience in a sales environment, preferably within the wireless or telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  2. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and consultative solutions.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  5. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is an asset.
