Your Role as Logistics Coordinator:

1. Develop and maintain a strong, reliable carrier network by securing the best freight rates.
2. Book freight and handle all documentation to keep things on track.
3. Make sure commitments are met, risks are managed, and solutions are found when needed.
4. Be the go-to contact for our stakeholders, ensuring every interaction is a positive one.
5. Keep Traders informed on logistics opportunities and market intelligence.
6. Identify areas for improvement within our logistics processes and help drive innovation.
7. Build your expertise in the grain trading world and become a key asset to our team.

What You Bring

1. Post-secondary degree in administration, logistics, accounting, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in logistics.
3. Fluent in English and French.
4. Strong customer service experience with a knack for communication and negotiation.
5. Detail-oriented and accountable, you’re someone who takes pride in seeing things through.
