TITLE: Operations Coordinator

LOCATION: Montreal (hybrid)

OVERVIEW:

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of SharkNinja’s order management process, providing customer service to our retailers and internal stakeholders, as well as performing general administrative tasks. The Operations Coordinator will focus primarily on the accurate processing of customer orders for SharkNinja’s major retailers in meeting and exceeding defined objectives in support of Retail Execution Lifecycle and Perfect Order Execution. They will also work closely with Finance and Sales to review, research, and assist in corrective actions associated with retailer chargebacks.

The Operations Coordinator is a valuable member of the team who exceeds customer service standards and brings forward issues and ideas for improvement. They are an advocate for the customer and customer experience.

Here are some of the exciting things you’ll get to do:

  1. Process all orders to send to the distribution facility.
  2. Verify inventory availabilities.
  3. Deal with logistics: routing orders via EDI or Retailer portals.
  4. Proactively open-order files by account indicating current routing issues & actions/EDC dates.
  5. Weekly review of results with Sales teams.
  6. Actively work to achieve on-time delivery metrics. (OTIF)
  7. Escalate issues and identify solutions.
  8. Research compliance-related deductions/errors and participate in cross-functional efforts to implement corrective actions.
  9. Assist in the review and research of all disputes rejected claims to determine next steps.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  1. University degree, preferably in Commerce.
  2. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role.
  3. 2+ Years of experience with Retail Majors in a B2B capacity.
