About Youth Leading Change

The Youth Leading Change program empowers newcomer youth through flexible volunteer placements and dynamic learning opportunities. Participants will enhance their civic engagement, build life and leadership skills, and explore diverse career pathways with mentorship from BIPOC and immigrant professionals. Youth Leading Change aims to equip youth to make meaningful contributions to their communities while preparing them for future employment and personal growth.

The Coordinator of the Youth Leading Change program oversees the program's strategic implementation, focusing on building partnerships, managing a team of staff, and ensuring program delivery meets targets. They are responsible for monitoring progress, liaising with program funders, and managing the program's budget.
