Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:

1. Working closely with the overall Intelcom IT team to ensure alignment between IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity strategies and business objectives.
2. Advising the IT resilience and compliance team on best Risk Management practices, latest trends and technologies.
3. Supporting and coordinating IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity testing and training across departments.
4. Assisting in documenting key IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity plans, policies, procedures, and processes.
5. Handling internal and external queries.
6. Ensuring compliance with regulations and external vendor requirements.

Main Responsibilities

1. Overall Risk Management departmental duties (30% of time)
   Coordinate technical and business-related IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity testing and training programs within Intelcom; Be a liaison in the delivery of IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity program questions, requests, feedback, etc.; Assist in creating and supporting IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity automation endeavours; Serve as a trusted advisor to the IT Resilience and Compliance & Cybersecurity teams; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity testing and training programs; Contribute actively in the development of initiatives to strengthen team engagement and diversity; Educate on IT resilience, IT compliance and Cybersecurity practices; Assist in developing business cases to fund initiatives; Other related duties as assigned.
2. Compliance and Cybersecurity duties (50% of time)
   Coordinate, plan, facilitate, mobilize and deliver technical and business-related IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity testing and training initiatives; Document and maintain key IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity plans, policies, procedures; Maintain compliance controls and records; Participate in technical reviews of ERM activities; Assist IT Resilience and Compliance & Cybersecurity team members on initiatives; Remain current on security trends and best practices; Other related duties as assigned.
3. Disaster Recovery and IT Resilience duties (20% of time)
   Assist in maintaining enterprise disaster recovery documentation; Coordinate DR training and testing programs; Assist in operationalization of DR maintenance program; Operate and refine resilience platforms and tools; Remain current on emerging IT Resilience trends; Recommend proactive measures to maintain resilience posture; Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor of Commerce degree, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
2. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a Risk Management coordination capacity.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of testing and training deliveries, risk management, governance, risk and compliance frameworks, and automation.
4. Familiarity with PIPEDA, PCI DSS, NIST, SOC 2 Types 1 and 2 and ISO 27001 is an asset.
5. Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
6. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Drata, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services is an asset.
7. Ability to translate and understand technical language and business needs.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and present findings.
9. Foster strong relationships and support strategic IT initiatives.
10. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities.
11. Bilingual – English and French.
12. Must be open to work at least 1 day/week at Intelcom’s Service Center located in Griffintown, Montreal, Quebec.
