Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery of projects
• Plan, organize and direct marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Write presentation documents
• Measure performance and compile results
• Attend selected sponsored events
• Manage sponsorships and social networks
• Manage the budget for various marketing projects
• Maintain a competitive watch in a fast-moving market
• In line with our objectives, submit creative ideas, strategies and positioning that will help retain customers and acquire new ones

Critical Qualifications

• 2 years' related experience; Bachelor's degree in communications, administration or marketing
• Dynamic, resourceful, and organized
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage priorities, and pay close attention to detail
• Creativity and ability to work as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good resistance to stress and working under pressure
• Good autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Ability to handle multiple files at the same time
• Ability to interpret data
• Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Knowledge of English and French, oral and written, in the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English-speaking stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a media or advertising agency

Conditions of Employment

• Position attached to the Saint-Hyacinthe office. Must be able to go to Saint-Hyacinthe office
• Full-time position (40 hours/week)

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
