Coordinator, Digital Marketing - Toronto, Ontario - REMOTE

OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, the Digital Marketing Coordinator supports marketing initiatives across a range of digital platforms, including stakeholder engagement meetings, website, social media and email marketing.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator uses their skills, experience and technological expertise to enhance Circular Materials’ online reputation, focusing on technology utilization and digital marketing tactics to achieve marketing objectives, organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

This is a REMOTE based role which requires occasional visits to the Toronto Head Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement digital marketing strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
• Optimize the organization’s website and social media channels.
• Coordinate, facilitate and manage stakeholder engagements via Zoom and Teams.
• Align documents such as letterheads, PowerPoint presentations, etc. to adhere to brand guidelines and ensure accessibility.
• Oversee various digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, social media community management, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Manage content calendar for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Monitor and report campaign performance and recommend enhancements.
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, strategies, and changes in the market.
• Maintain close relationships with peers, management, vendors and partners to ensure effective execution of digital marketing strategies.
• Ensure Circular Materials’ brand and key messaging is consistent across all digital channels.
• Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or diploma in communications, marketing, public relations.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator or similar work experience.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, technologies and best practices.
• Experience with social media, email campaigns, and Zoom.
• Experience coordinating, facilitating and driving virtual meetings on programs like Zoom and Teams.
• Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Suite applications, such as PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Experience modifying and updating websites.
• Skills and experience in creative content writing.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working Hours

• Covering core business hours (9AM to 3PM ET), working at least forty (40) hours per week, with understanding there may be periods of extended working hours to meet deadlines during peak business cycles.
• A flexible work schedule with periods of uneven workload can be expected.

Remote and/or Field Work

• Remote based work with occasional visits to the Toronto Head Office.

Travel

• Not required.
