Your Part in It:

Working out of our Canadian headquarter in the West-Island of Montreal, we are looking for our next Human Resources Coordinator. Working within the Human Resources department, you will participate in various Human Resources projects in a fast paced and continuously evolving environment.

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

What the Job Entails:

• Full Cycle Recruitment: identify and approach suitable candidates using various hiring services
• Preparing contracts and new-hire packages for new employees and coordinate onboarding
• Inform employees of policies and procedures and guide them when needed
• Administrative support to manage HR-related correspondence
• Keep HR KPIs updated for the department
• Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs
• Review and update HR Policies/procedures as required
• Participate in a multitude of HR projects and initiatives
• Assist various employee relation issues across Canada (investigations, absenteeism, disciplinary actions, corrective action plans, terminations, etc.)

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree in Human Resources or in a similar field
• Experience in the field is considered an asset
• Eager to learn and passionate about HR
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
• Bilingualism necessary to support employees and managers across Canada;
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and proactive

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.
