Cook

1. Performs duties related to the preparation and cooking of food items.
2. Portioning and serving food.
3. Washing, and cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and designated cooking/workstations.

• Graduation from a recognized 12-month program in quantity cooking or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
