Overview:

Join our team as a Cook in a vibrant and fast-paced kitchen environment. We are seeking a skilled individual with a passion for food preparation, kitchen management, and ensuring top-notch food safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing food preparation and cooking activities in the kitchen.
  • Managing kitchen staff and coordinating food orders to ensure timely service.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety practices.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • 5 years minimum experience in Western Cuisine
  • Solid background in the food industry with experience in kitchen/cook management.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.

Schedule:

  • 10 hour / 12 hour / 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • On call
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Language Requirements:

  • Spanish
  • Tagalog
  • English

Work Location: In person
