Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
Develops and maintains relationships with Indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations
Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
