Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of taste, appearance, and portion control.
2. Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy periods.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
