JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
The Controller will lead by example and motivate the team to achieve departmental goals.
The key accountabilities for the Corporate Controller include, but are not limited to:
1. Lead to prepare annual comprehensive financial plans and control standards based on the company's medium and long-term business plan
2. Establish and improve the financial management system, exercise overall control by daily management, annual budget, and capital operation of the accounting department
3. Preside over the preparation of financial statements and financial budget, providing effective financial analysis to company leadership from time to time
4. Organize and manage corporate taxation
5. Precise monitor and forecast cash flows, identify and monitor the rational structure of corporate liabilities and capital
6. Provide advice and support to the company's major investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions, etc., participate in risk assessment, guidance, tracking and control

As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of accounting including accounts receivable, account reconciliation, payroll, and budgeting
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero to maintain financial records
- Conduct detailed account analysis to ensure financial health and compliance
- Prepare financial reports for senior management
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience working as a Controller or in a similar financial management role (for sizable shopping centres)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
