About the Role
My client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Manager to join their team and oversee fast track fit-out projects within the medical and healthcare sector. Projects range in value from £200K to £4M and require impeccable attention to detail and coordination. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all contractual aspects of fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful delivery from conception to completion.
Conduct nationwide site visits, liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to maintain smooth workflows.
Resolve issues and mitigate risks during live project environments, maintaining health and safety standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and manage expectations effectively.
Candidate Requirements
Candidate must be based in the North West/Yorkshire region.
Proven track record of managing contracts and projects in a live working environment within the medical or healthcare sector, preferably with fast-track fit-out experience.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic project demands.
Proficiency in interpreting contracts, financial budgets, and construction plans.
Candidate must have strong IT skills.
Benefits
Salary: £55,000- £60,000 per annum.
Vehicle: Company Car or Allowance will be provided.
Travel: Mileage for the use of their own car.
Additional: Pension, 26 days per annum & Bank Holidays, Two Bonus Schemes.
