Contracts Manager

This is a full-time, salaried onsite role for a Contracts Manager. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, negotiating terms and conditions, and resolving contract disputes. The role also involves coordinating with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.

Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract review and administration in contract management or related role within the local engineering, general business, legal or construction industry.
• Contract Management, Legal Compliance, and Negotiation skills

• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
• Knowledge of Construction Laws and Regulations
• Experience with contract management software
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Law, or equivalent experience
