Contract Specialist / Paralegal

Your responsibilities:

1. Review, analyze, and draft contracts, general terms, and other legal agreements.
2. Negotiate contractual terms and conditions to protect Creaform's interests.
3. Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to meet contractual needs.
4. Monitor and manage the contract lifecycle.
5. Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
6. Coordinate with Ametek's legal team to ensure contract compliance.

Your profile:

1. Excellent skills in analysis, problem-solving, and negotiation.
2. Mastery of contract law and regulatory requirements.
3. Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
5. Minimum of 6 years of experience in contract management and legal compliance monitoring.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contract management tools.
