The Department of Disability and Community Studies (DACS) is seeking contract faculty to instruct and supervise practicum courses commencing January 2024. Further contracts may be awarded in the future as the need arises.
The primary place of work will be the Coquitlam Campus and practicum sites around the Lower Mainland.

The Department of Disability and Community Studies has four related programs (Classroom and Community Support, Education Assistance & Inclusion, Behaviour Intervention, & Disability and Applied Behaviour Analysis) that prepare reflective practitioners for inclusive support in educational and community-based settings. Instructors in the department typically teach a range of academic and practicum courses.
As a contract practicum instructor, you will oversee the learning of students who are practicing skills in selected sites. You will facilitate student learning as they integrate and reflect upon their educational, personal, and professional experiences while on practicum and during scheduled seminars.
