Today, our growing marketing team is tasked with expanding our content creation and social media strategy. If you have experience growing and engaging with social media audiences (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), writing blog posts, and pushing the boundaries of all things content, we want to speak with you!

About You
You are a talented content creator, strategist and social media pro with experience writing for the legal, financial, government, and/or technology industries. You are keenly able to translate complex concepts into compelling stories that speak to the issues that matter most to our audience, and have a track record of engaging that audience across multiple different channels and media, including email, digital ads, blogs, podcasts and various social media platforms.

If you can create content that resonates with our audience and supports our SEO efforts while growing our social media followers and email subscribers, then this role is for you!

What You'll Do And How You'll Make An Impact

Research & Reporting
  1. Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to learn and write about new topics, such as translation services, artificial intelligence, etc.
  2. Support SEO efforts, including conducting keyword research, content creation, on-page optimization, etc.
  3. Conduct regular, ongoing analysis of content and social media effectiveness to ensure KPIs are met (and exceeded).
Content Creation
  1. Produce well-researched thought leadership pieces in the form of website copy, blogs, infographics, social media content, and more to attract and engage key target segments.
  2. Review/edit the work of others to ensure content is accurate in grammar, messaging, style, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience (UX).
  3. Craft product-related content, including sales collateral and knowledge base articles, by collaborating with design, product marketing, tech, and operations teams.
  4. Support the editorial calendar, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are always met.
  5. Oversee content operations and ensure workflows are being followed in our project management software and that deadlines are being met.
Social Media
  1. Draft engaging social media posts catered to our audience, incorporating a variety of content, formats and multimedia.
  2. Oversee scheduling and day-to-day management of social media posts.
  3. Engage with our social media followers, influencers and partners, in order to expand our reach and increase engagement.
  4. Convert our social media followers into email subscribers and prospects within our CRM.
What You’ll Need
  1. Impeccable English, with a strong preference for those who are fully bilingual in English, French and/or Spanish.
  2. 3+ years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or tech-related field.
  3. 3+ years of social media experience in B2B SaaS or tech-related field.
  4. Proven writing and communication skills showcasing that you can write on-demand with an appropriate tone.
  5. Entrepreneurial no-nonsense mindset with a passion for growth.
  6. Exceptional organizational skills.
  7. A portfolio of original work that demonstrates your content marketing and social media expertise.
Technical Skills & Experience
  1. CRM (Wordpress)
  2. CRM & Marketing Automation (Hubspot)
  3. SEO/SEM Certifications (SEMrush, Ahrefs, MOZ, etc.)
  4. Google Workplace Suite and/or MS Office Suite
  5. Social Media (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) - certifications strongly preferred
  6. Project Management Tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello)
  7. Analytics Dashboards (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)
