The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the content marketing resources and delivering engaging, entertaining, and informative content across all relevant channels. As an expert storyteller, the incumbent guides the strategy, planning, and execution of master brand and category level content that builds brand love, trust, and engagement for London Drugs. This role is also the voice of London Drugs in social media channels, guiding the audience experience, community engagement, and building a robust following.
The Content Marketing Manager will concurrently build channel performance for Social Media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest), brand communications (e.g. blogs, email), and custom content publications while building a robust multi-channel content plan for the master brand and priority category segments such as, but not limited to Pharmacy, Beauty, and Photography.
The ideal candidate is motivated by collaboration, able to work with subject matter experts from within the Marketing team and across a diverse group of business stakeholders who are technical experts in their scope of responsibility. With attention to detail, the incumbent works within the brand guidelines in order to grow London Drug’s online presence and audiences through authentic stories of who we are, what we do, and what we stand for.
The Content Marketing Manager will coach and mentor the internal content team, leverage the shared marketing services team, and build a network of third-party contributors to meet the mandate of this role. They will oversee the research and develop inspiring content, staying abreast of audience trends and competitive activity.
