Strategic communications expertise needed

Provide professional editing and writing expertise to develop and manage FCC credit policies, procedures, user guides, and more.

What you’ll do:

• Advise internal partners on related strategies, frameworks and best practices
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain credit policy documentation
• Provide writing, editing and consulting expertise

What we’re looking for:

• Confident communicator with proven understanding of plain-language principles
• Analytical thinker familiar with information architecture
• Experienced writer practiced in applying best practice principles in developing corporate policies, procedures and supporting content
• Team player who seeks out opportunities to collaborate

What you’ll need:

• A university or college degree in journalism, English or technical communication and at least three years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Professional-calibre English writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset
• Superior working knowledge of digital software and policy management technology
