From graphic design to photography, videography, and social media storytelling, you’ll have the freedom to create and innovate.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Visuals: Create compelling graphics and visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand materials.
• Photography & Videography: Capture and edit breathtaking photos and videos that showcase our brand, products, and story.
• Social Media Storytelling: Own our social media platforms by creating scroll-stopping content, growing engagement, and building a killer online presence.
• Content Ideation: Dream up bold, creative campaigns and content ideas that push boundaries.
• Brand Identity: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and visuals while bringing fresh, creative flair.
• Event Support and Planning: Assist with the creative aspects of trade shows, field days, grower meetings, and other company events, ensuring everything is visually stunning and impactful.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our team to support content needs across departments and brainstorm big ideas.
• Analytics: Use data to evaluate content performance and make improvements to amplify impact.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating creative expertise may also be considered.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong personal social media presence that demonstrates your passion for creating and sharing content.
• A portfolio showcasing your work in graphic design, photography, videography, and social media content.
• Expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other design or video editing software.
• A creative mind that’s always brimming with ideas and the initiative to make them happen.
• Experience managing and growing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• A love for trends and a knack for keeping content fresh, innovative, and exciting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to new challenges.
• A team player with great communication skills who can also work independently.
