Role: Content Creator

OLIVER believes that agencies work better inside a brand's organization – delivering more effective work at the speed and flexibility required to drive modern businesses forward. Using our unique methodology, and supported by bespoke technology, we design, build, and operate specialist, dedicated agencies with our clients. We're hiring a Content Creator; you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and producing compelling visual content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with our clients' brand identities. Leveraging your expertise in social trends and best practices, this role will primarily work independently to deliver culturally relevant content that drives awareness and engagement. In this role, you will ideate, plan, and produce high-quality and culturally relevant video and photo content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You will be responsible for directing and capturing both planned and real-time content for authentic social storytelling while developing visual strategies aligned with brand guidelines and social platform requirements. Additionally, you will stay current with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
