Content Coordinator – Digital Marketing

An exciting opportunity is available for a talented Content Coordinator to join a dynamic and collaborative marketing team based in Niagara Falls. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for content creation, digital storytelling, and SEO strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Content Coordinator will be instrumental in enhancing the company's digital presence, driving organic traffic, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth keyword research and develop SEO strategies to drive high-performing search engine results.
  2. Produce SEO-driven content including blog articles, enhanced web pages, ad copy, and metadata to boost visibility and engagement.
  3. Optimize existing digital content to improve search rankings and user engagement.
  4. Develop and maintain enhanced content pages for both company platforms and third-party sites.
  5. Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital and print channels.
  6. Create technical documents and product data sheets to support marketing and product launches.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Design, E-Commerce, Customer Experience, and R&D to align content strategy and execution.
  8. Assist in planning site structure and page hierarchy to enhance user navigation and experience.
  9. Leverage CMS platforms to manage, update, and publish content.
  10. Use AI-based writing tools to streamline content development and maintain high quality.
  11. Monitor trends in SEO, content marketing, and AI tools to continuously refine strategies.
  12. Support additional marketing and content initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related discipline.
  2. 3-5 years of experience writing blog content and managing website copy for product or service-based companies.
  3. Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and metadata optimization.
  4. Experience working with content management systems (CMS); familiarity with AI content tools is a plus.
  5. Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging, accurate, and brand-aligned content.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools is an asset.
  9. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  10. Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
