WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content & Community Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will create engaging content across multiple platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. You will serve as the face and voice of our brand, acting as a brand ambassador while fostering an active, loyal community around Seller Interactive’s offerings.

  • Content Creation & Management
    • Develop, produce, and manage high-quality video content for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, and optimized for each platform.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align content strategies with overall business goals and campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media content and Amazon agency services.
  • Brand Ambassadorship
    • Serve as a visible and active brand ambassador for Seller Interactive across digital platforms.
    • Engage with audiences in a personable, authentic way to build brand trust and loyalty.
    • Represent Seller Interactive in webinars, industry discussions, and public forums as needed.
  • Community Engagement & Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to build and engage our online community across social media and other relevant channels.
    • Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, responding to questions, comments, and feedback in a timely manner.
    • Organize and participate in community-building initiatives such as online events, Q&As, and social media takeovers.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
    • Monitor and report on content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Continuously optimize content and engagement strategies based on data and audience feedback.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
    • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and client success teams to align messaging and ensure cohesive brand representation.
    • Collaborate with external content creators, influencers, and partners to expand our reach and impact.

Am I qualified for the position?

We don’t believe in a strict list of “qualifications”. Here are some general guidelines of what we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media strategy, and community management.
  • Strong proficiency in video production and editing for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
  • Familiarity with Amazon’s ecosystem and e-commerce trends is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for storytelling, creativity, and building online communities.

Bonus points (not required):

  • Experience working in either digital marketing, e-commerce, or technology industries.

What’s the pay?

It depends on your experience, however, the range for this position is between $50,000 with bonuses.
