Overview

As the Content & Community Manager you’ll participate in the development of the strategy and oversee the tactical implementation of the program and serve as the day to day contact for clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Mobilize the community to amplify communications and extends marketing reach via social channels. This includes day to day management of social communities across multiple channels, community engagement and outreach, customer care co-ordination and influencer conversation.
  2. Manage execution of the social/digital plan and drive towards established program KPIs.
  3. Management of content calendars across relevant channels including supporting content creation process through ideation and copywriting.
  4. Assist with execution of content development, including scheduling shoots and production requirements, liaison and collaboration with graphic design team, on-site assistance for shoots.
  5. Lead reporting on community sentiment and content performance with a thorough understanding of social monitoring tools and measurements to present thoughtful optimization opportunities based on performance.
  6. Manage the moderation and curation of user contributions across social channels.
  7. Develop and execute live events, as directed – online and offline.
  8. Understanding agency processes including account budgets is an asset.
  9. Ensure all assigned projects are completed within assigned timelines.
  10. Proactively identify problems/opportunities early and advise team appropriately.
  11. Assist in identifying potential organic growth opportunities and new business targets.

Qualifications

You are a team player, open to exploring new approaches and ideas; you thrive in fast-paced situations and can make quick judgement calls based on best practices, brand objectives and insights. You are detail-oriented with a completer mentality and a strong record of delivery. You are organized and have excellent time management skills. You are used to wearing many hats!
