Supply Chain Management Lead
Remote, Ontario

Our Canadian Process Transformation Consulting client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management professional to manage their overall logistical and warehousing needs. The role is responsible for organizing and monitoring the storage and distribution of goods. The position oversees the entire supply chain cycle including vendor management and logistic planning to ensure business optimization and customer satisfaction.


The Role:
  1. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service.
  2. Consult on unique customer inquiries.
  3. Develop strong relationships with customers.
  4. Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycles.
  5. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
  6. Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
  7. Supervise, coach, and train supply chain consultant workforce.
  8. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Fluent in Spanish.
  2. 10+ years experience with MS Dynamics 365.
  3. 7-10 years experience in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management Leadership.
  4. 5+ years consulting experience.
  5. 2+ years SAP SCM or similar ERP experience.
  6. Ideally 2-5 years consulting on S4Hana SCM.
  7. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
