Consulting Director – SAP Public Sector

Our software client is seeking a Consulting Director – SAP Public Sector to join their Public Practice ERP team. In this leadership role, you will oversee and manage all active ERP implementations and support initiatives, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with consulting and support teams to develop, refine, and operate a structured implementation and support methodology, delivering premium customer support and ERP solutions.

This position offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence and work directly with the Executive Vice President to shape business unit strategies. If you are a CPA with experience in municipal finance, ERP implementations, and software business operations, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

Requirements

1. University degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5+ years in a Senior Municipal Finance role.
3. Experience in implementing Enterprise ERP Software.
4. Strong working knowledge of Financial Software Management Systems (ERP).
5. Experience leading teams of 5-15 employees.
6. Expertise in software business operations, P&L management, and contract law.
7. Knowledge of third-party agreements, licensing, professional services, and maintenance contracts.
