What You’ll Be Doing
As a Consultant, Product Owner, Enterprise Digital and AI Enablement, you will be accountable for leading discoveries, creating MVPs, POCs, and/or end-to-end business cases for opportunities via organizing, prioritizing and assessing digital and AI work. You will lead stakeholder communications, deck creation, workshops and market research in defining business cases for market leading digital experiences and MVPs. You will lead and support a cross-functional squad through the development of complex strategies and capabilities, prioritize the right things, and ensure we are building high-value outputs. Support the discovery and prototyping of new and innovative solutions for the bank’s most compelling digital opportunities and cross-functional capabilities, working closely with business and technology partners. You will be part of a dynamic Enterprise Digital and AI Enablement Strategy team that works collaboratively across the entire bank. The focus of this role will be flexible to meet the needs of our evolving digital and AI strategy as the industry changes and our needs evolve.

How You’ll Succeed
- Lead pods and digital / AI concept development process – Work closely with business stakeholders and Technology to turn concepts and ideas into capabilities and services. You are comfortable managing an agile team that designs and builds new capabilities from scratch. You can run projects with minimal oversight and deliver on time.
- Establish close relationships with business stakeholders – Ensure ideas are translated into the right requirements, manage expectations with effective communication. Create buy-in for the vision both internally and with key partners. Develop framework to transition capabilities for operationalization post MVP/POC/pilot validation.
- Communicate your vision and your strategies effectively taking into consideration different stakeholders.
- Work with a cross-functional team of business and technology partners, and other subject matter experts on a day-to-day basis.
- Deliver with speed – You understand and support agile, innovation and change, making sure we’re delivering on time and are future-proofed. You can manage multiple priorities at the same time and iterate effectively.
- Use data to drive decisions – Build hypothesis, test & iterate to formulate an agile product development approach.
- Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap - Working with stakeholders to develop a product vision that satisfies their requirements.
Who You Are
- You demonstrate 3-5 years experience in Agile Product Owner or related experience.
- Expert level of understanding of Agile/Scrum processes, roles, and practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to pick up complex technical concepts easily.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and articulate their needs.
- Knowledge of Build Automation and Deployment Automation tools and techniques strongly recommended.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and project management experience considered an asset.
- You can demonstrate a focus on digital, AI, innovation and client experience, and an accountability to self-drive to meet objectives.
