As a Consultant in our ICT Systems Architecture team, you will play a key role in driving technological excellence and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into comprehensive High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) Solution Designs.
• Implementation and Deployment: Lead the implementation and deployment of complex solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of systems, networks, and storage infrastructure.
• Technical Support and Optimization: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for implemented solutions, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Project managers, engineers, and architects, to coordinate project delivery.
• Technology Innovation and Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and share your knowledge with team members.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of solution designs and generate comprehensive reports.

Critical Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in ICT systems architecture, design, implementation, and support.
• Advanced certifications in one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Cloud architecture, Netapp, Veeam, Cisco/Meraki, etc.
• Experience developing HLD/LLD Solution Designs and implementing solutions utilizing a wide range of technologies.
• Strong understanding of networking principles, firewalls, enterprise architecture frameworks, disaster recovery (DR), business continuity planning (BCP), and cybersecurity principles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, SQL, etc. is considered an asset.
• Experience in Enterprise or Public Sector organizations is considered an asset.

• A Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle is required.
• Travel is required.
