1. Load, unload and transport construction materials
2. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
3. Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
4. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs

7. Perform routine maintenance work
8. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
