CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Reporting to the Construction Manager and collaborating with the Lynn Lake Project Team, the successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering the Lynn Lake Gold Project. The Construction Superintendent will oversee and coordinate teams, including internal engineering and construction personnel, consultants, and contractors, to ensure the safe and efficient execution of site construction activities. This includes planning, preparation, and day-to-day management of construction operations, ensuring all project milestones are met in accordance with schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Technical degree or better in Construction Management.
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations, productivity benchmarks, and labor relations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and specifications, with the ability to address technical challenges.
• A minimum of 10 years in a field supervision role within large-scale construction projects valued over CAD $100 million.
• Proven ability to lead construction teams effectively, manage subcontractors, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in mining, civil, or industrial projects, particularly in remote or challenging environments, is highly desirable.
