About the Role:

We’re seeking a Construction Superintendent to join the team in Burlington, ON. This role involves time split between the office and field work, overseeing projects across the Golden Horseshoe, Niagara, Toronto, and Pickering areas. A valid G license and the ability to travel to job sites are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan and oversee construction projects, ensuring alignment with contracts and timelines.
• Budgeting: Create cost estimates, monitor expenses, and maintain project budgets.
• Communication: Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to address issues and provide updates.
• Safety: Implement safety protocols and conduct site inspections.
• Documentation: Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Team Management: Hire, train, and manage construction staff while coordinating subcontractors.
• Coordination: Schedule material and equipment deliveries while managing vendor relationships.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and crews on active construction sites.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bid2Win, HeavyBid, or similar).
• Valid G license and reliable transportation to job sites.
